Thank you for choosing BY2S! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure all orders are delivered quick and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our policy:

Pre - Made Orders: Allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre - Order Items: Please allow up to 16-20 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after the pre order window closes. Please note it will be clearly indicated if the product is pre - order.

UK Orders: Standard UK shipping will be £5.99 for orders under £70

International Orders: Please be aware we unable to pay for any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees will be paid upon delivery. 

Lost Packages: Once the order is in the hands of DHL, Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your package.
